TOPIC: Reduced Mobility Rights | Access to Air Travel

Reduced Mobility Rights | Access to Air Travel 6 years 9 months ago #90

Reduced Mobility Rights is the leading advocate promoting access to air travel since 2011. We focus on raising public awareness on accessibility and assistance services available to passengers with special needs.

We are the only access-focused organization constantly assessing accessibility of airports across the European Union and beyond. We physically visit airports and audit access facilities and assistance services. We passengers, airports, and airlines a wide range of professional services.

Passengers

We offer free, independent advice to passengers with special needs, assistance with preparations to travel by air. Advice includes contacting airport assistance services and airlines to ensure seamless journeys. In the unlikely event of a problem with assistance, we help passengers file complaints and assist through the settlement process.

Airports

We provide airports a range of professional consulting services: in-depth audits of facilities and services, strategic advice to innovate business models, cutting edge solutions for their business needs.

Airlines

We provide airlines a wide range of professional consulting services: best practice reviews of cabin crew training, assistance procedures and processes, cutting edge solutions to streamline every aspect of access to air travel.

Whatever your needs, contact Reduced Mobility Rights, the leader in advocating and delivering access to air travel.
